So to start: Happy new year! I know it’s been a minute so I’ve posted and even longer giving you all any real updates on what has been going on in my life. So let’s break it down.
I’ve been dealing with lots of depression. Be it seasonal or just in general, it has been pretty rough since the summer. So much good happened in my 2018: Like Summer 100, Woodhull, meeting some awesome ass people, making it on the top 100 bloggers on Kinkly, etc. It was, in hindsight, a great year for FCL. And for that, I’m beyond grateful. But the year also had its hardships. I had transferred to a new store location with the promise of more opportunities and pay, only for that to be a huge lie, thus shoving me into a finical crisis. On top of all of that, I was having huge fights with both my partners, I felt so alone and just…not ok. Depression set in hard and I fought tooth and nail just to at least stay relevant on my Twitter account. But my site suffered, and it shows.
There were so many plans and post that has yet to see the light of day. I have WAY over due product reviews to get up. I have half baked drafts sitting in my OneNote, collecting dust as I pretend I just don’t have the right tools yet to proceed. And it isn’t because I think people won’t love any of my ideas. You all have proven that you are willing to see me grow and become amazing.
No, its me. Fully me.
I’ll slowly open up more about the whys things have been so sour but let’s talk about the sweetness due for 2019 and beyond.
- I’ll be reopening my Pateron, with more realistic goals and tiers. I am going to keep it mostly focused on the blog side of FCL. I’ll have my sex work things up as well, but I will most likely find another platform so you can support me fully.
- WE’RE FINALLY DOING THE DAMN PODCAST! Yes! I have no more excuses, no more planning and no more delays. WE ARE COMING! I legit just have to record. I’ll be putting out more info on Twitter in the coming weeks.
